| Companies of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce Taipei (SCCT) and Taiwan Tech Arena (TTA) 臺灣科技新創基地 commemorate Earth Day with a B2B forum showcasing the sustainability impact of their products & services and to recruit potential partners to scale up that impact. Nine B2B companies including Ericsson, IKEA, Atlas Copco, Beijer Electronics, Hexagon, SKF, Enspyre, Frontier and TCO Development will deliver short presentations about their company's sustainability solutions and identify the type of partners that they're looking to work with. A matchmaking open space will create networking conversations on that topics that matter. Diverse participation is welcome. At the beginning of the year, all employees of Electrolux Taiwan wrote this commitment again with a collective blueprint painting team-building activity! On January 19th, Electrolux Taiwan's annual team- building ended successfully!
On a sunny afternoon, near Taipei 101, the most well-known landmark in Taiwan, nearly 100 colleagues from various departments such as Product line, Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Finance, After-sales service, Customer service, etc., were divided into small groups. They enthusiastically discussed how to complete the task at hand – sketching and coloring a piece of the puzzle in a huge Electrolux blueprint painting artwork!
Time for team building! The journey included task allocation within each group, timely adjustments based on feedback from related groups many times, and selection of outstanding talents to overcome challenges! When facing new challenges, from not knowing how to start to find a way, the whole team conducted a series of brainstorming, teamwork, and efficient communication. This naturally demonstrated our Electrolux brand culture: always focus on aesthetic experience and innovative practices, communicate to reach consensus, and strive to improve for better results.
In the end, we finally broke through, took care of every detail, and collectively completed an exclusive large-scale artwork representing Electrolux! With environmental sustainability as the main theme, it brings out the spirit of 100 years of Swedish premium home appliances and long-term commitment and service in Taiwan.
It perfectly reflects Electrolux's promise to Taiwanese consumers from "kitchen appliances", "laundry and dish care", to "air and floor cleaning". By providing high-quality home appliances, Electrolux reinvents delicious and healthy cooking, dish and clothing care, and a beautiful, comfortable home living environment, making the life experience better and more brilliant. |
