Swedish journalist and author in Asia since 2007. Jojje studied Chinese in Beijing and earned his Master of Journalism at the University of Hong Kong. From various locations in Asia, Jojje has authored six books and contributed to over 100 Swedish publications.
In the summer of 2016, Jojje got denied a new visa to China for what was almost certainly work-related reasons. Since then, Jojje has been based in Taiwan. Now Jojje mostly writes for Expressen, one of Sweden's biggest newspapers, and their leading weekly news magazine Fokus.
Jojje also runs and edits Kinamedia, the biggest news site on China in Swedish including a weekly newsletter for subscribers only.
