Thank you for being a Member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce Taipei (SCCT)! Your continued engagement and support mean everything for our growing business and social community.

The SCCT's Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on September 14th at Grand Hyatt Taipei, 18:00-21:00. The AGM serves as the highest representative body of the Chamber, where we elect board members, review financials, and discuss the direction of the Chamber's activities.

Each Chamber Member may send one "Chamber Representative" to the AGM and has the right to one vote - Company Members and Individual Members receive one vote each. If the Chamber Representative is unable to attend the AGM, please complete the attached proxy document to appoint someone to vote on your behalf.

During the AGM, we will be conducting elections for the new Board of Directors and Supervisors who will oversee the mission and growth of the Chamber for the next two years. Therefore, it is crucial that all members are represented at the meeting or through a Proxy document.

Participation in the voting and briefing section of the agenda (18:00-19:00) is free of charge. At 19:00 food & beverage will be served and the space is opened for discussions among Members, at this point the registration fee is necessary to cover the costs of the evening.
