Inspired by the Nobel Prize, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce Taipei encourages international collaboration to improve society through knowledge, science and humanism. Therefore, the Chamber is developing a "Nobel Award" program for Members to work together to demonstrate how Swedish and Taiwanese partnerships can innovate to address global challenges and opportunities, as set out by the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The purpose for this workshop is for all SCCT Members to determine how an SCCT Nobel Award program could be designed to contribute to the SDGs, to add value for our individual companies and to strengthen Taiwanese and Swedish collaborations.
We envision this program developing through several public events and communications campaigns, and culminating as a remarkable Nobel awards gala in Taipei in December 2024. Register now to be part of designing this first-of-it's-kind SCCT Nobel awards program!

Step 2: The topic ideas are first individually brainstormed & written on to a piece of paper, then presented to the group, and finally given a time on the agenda (Round 1 or 2).
Step 3: Participants decide for themselves which topic they want to join.
Step 4: Each small discussion group is given a large “Report paper” on which to write down the: - Topic of Discussion - Convenor name - Participant names - Key points & insights - Next steps
Discussion reports are put on the wall for everyone to: - Read & discuss - "Vote" on the topics that they think are important for the SCCT community to address. - Sign up for actions that they want to join.
