The Board of Directors, Supervisors and CEO of Swedish Chamber of Commerce Taipei are pleased to invite You to this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As Covid-19 situation in Taiwan is still slightly fluid we have decided to host the AGM online and hope to be seeing You at a social event in the near future.

Registration

We kindly request all Members to register in advance. Registration will be open until last minute and in order for us to be able to register the voting procedure we ask that You register as soon as possible.

Voting Procedure

During the AGM, members with voting rights (one representative from each corporate member and Individual member) will be asked to approve the Minutes of last year's AGM, the Financial Statements as well as the Yearly Report.

We will also elect/re-elect Directors of the Board via an online voting procedure, voting instructions will be distributed to members on the morning of September 17th.

With regard to items on our agenda we kindly ask all Members to submit questions or comments in advance by email to ceo@swedchamtw.org. Instead of asking for approval by a raised hands in the meeting, we will include a timeslot for Members to comment and post questions via the chat function. If no comments or objections are raised , the topic at hand will be considered approved.
