We are hereby pleased to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021, which will take place 6-9PM on June 3rd in Henry's Bar at The Sherwood Taipei Hotel.

The AGM is the highest representative organ of the Chamber and this is where we elect board members and supervisors, review financials, budget and oversee the Chambers' activities.

Voting rights are vested in the Chamber Representative of each member company - one vote per company and one vote per individual member. If you as a Chamber Representative is unable to participate in the AGM, you are welcome to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.

This is a great opportunity to mingle in the bar, enjoy some good food together and connect with new and old friends in a relaxed environment.

Each member has received an email with a link to the necessary documents for review prior to the AGM.

These include agenda, financial reports, proxy document, Election ballots, presentation of Board candidates, previous AGM minutes of meeting and by mid-May also the SCCT Annual Report.
